Product Overview
This Bias Resistor Board comes with four 1.5 Ohm 7 Watt resistors which are mounted on a high quality Printed Wired Board to form the circuitry. The purpose of this board is to ensure equivalent current distribution to associated Dynamic Disable boards on the 1.0T and 1.5T Body Coils. The circuit operates in conjunction with the Bias Collection Board and is resident at each end of the RF Tube Assembly. The four resistors of this board works in two pairs to establish equivalent voltage levels which are necessary to provide equal current distribution to individual PIN diodes located on associated Dynamic Disable boards. All components of this board are non-magnetic hence it is compatible for use with the GE's Magnetic Resonance Imaging Systems. This bias resistor board is diligently designed to offer reliable operation, efficient functioning and long service life and will be shipped in suitable packaging to give adequate protection during transit.
