Product Overview
The probe is designed to help diagnosing abdominal abnormalities by ultrasound imaging. The probe assembly consists of a convex style 1D array ultrasound transducer with DLP connector and a multi- coaxial type cable. The transducer in conjunction with GE’s ultrasound system is used for the required application. The coaxial cable assembly is comprised of 42 AWG, 12 conductor tinned copper shielded cable with Perfluoroalkoxy (PFA) insulation enclosed in a white PVC jacket. The DLP connector having aluminum alloy plated housing offers superior performance under harshest EMI conditions and also has mechanical shutters to meet the IEC requirements for finger protection. The probe is compatible to GE LOGIQ S8 XDclear 2.0 ultrasound machine. The assembly as such is a proven design which fits well into demanding applications. The product's superior material quality offers reliable operation, efficient functioning and longer lifetime.
