Product Overview
The Operator Control Panel Assembly Left is used in GEM operator control panel assembly which comes under the modality of Magnetic Resonance Imaging. The OCP unit is mounted on the front cover of the magnet. The OCP unit shall function as the operator interface to the system, from within the scan room. The functions of this interface are bounded by the capabilities of the Scan Room Interface (SRI4) hardware and software. The OCP will function in a high magnetic field that has a proportional electric field. It is critical that the unit is properly shielded, and PCB mounted connections are properly grounded as mentioned by requirement throughout this text. An Operator Control Panel Assembly is located on the front left and right side of the magnet. The pushbutton panel comprises of Pushbutton switches, Dim back lighting, Active LEDs, Indicator LEDs. The graphic on each button shall be backlit with white LEDs. Five Signals will be sent from the SRI4 to the control panel. These Signals shall be distributed in parallel to the 13 switches The graphic on each button shall be backlit with white LEDs. Five Signals shall be sent from the SRI4 to the control panel. The SRI4 drives each group of LEDs using a single channel of a ULN2003A transistor array with 200 Ohms on its output. An 8V logic high from this driver shall turn the group of LEDs on. The GE product is an innovation and fit well into versatile customer needs. The part is diligently designed for superior performance and reliability. It is securely packed inside a high quality packing box to avoid physical damage during transit and labeled with details about the product, Quality Assurance (QA) seal and shipment details.
