Product Overview
The FRU Kit for 5316613 includes Tube Flange Assembly kit and respective fasteners. The Tube Flange Assembly Kit consists of Tube flange for Rad14 and standoffs. It is made up of Grade 4 steel, which uses copper-nickel plating with the minimum plating thickness of 15 µm and 0.1 µm on base and top coating respectively. For mounting screw and a washer are provided. The FRU kit also includes socket button head cap screw and a split lock washer. Socket button head cap screw is made up of stainless steel. Stainless steels are iron-based alloys, which contains a minimum of chromium around 10.5%. The presence of chromium offers corrosive resistance to stainless steel and helps to resist scaling at elevated temperature. Stainless steel also maintains excellent toughness. And a washer is a circular disk which has a hole in the center and used to distribute the load of the threaded fastener material bolt or nut on it. In split washers, the ring is split at one point and bent into a helical shape. This makes the washer to adopt a force between the fasteners head and the substrate.
