Product Overview

The 1.5T Headcoil Cable Assembly Kit is used as Field Replaceable Unit(FRU) in MR450 1.5T Head Coil collector which comes under the modality of Magnetic Resonance Imaging. The 1.5T head coil consists of a cable assembly with P-port system interface. The cable assembly consists of two RG 58 cables, one for the transmit path and the second one for transmit dummy load. The receive channel uses RG316 cable. The return loss of the cable assembly has to be checked before assembling it on to the main assembly. Plug the ODU side of the head coil cable on to the system side receptacle and terminate cables from T1, T2 and R1 with 50-Ohm load. Connect a BNC to BNC cable assembly to port 1 of the network analyzer and perform a single port calibration on port 1 of the network analyzer. Connect the cable from port 1 to J7 through a BNC to SMA adapter and measure the S11 in the logmag plot and record the results. The marker in the network analyzer will be set at 63.86MHz. Connect 2 BNC to BNC cable assemblies to port 1 and port 2 of the network analyzer and perform a full 2-port calibration on the network analyzer The GE product is an innovation and fit well into versatile customer needs. The part is diligently designed for superior performance and reliability. It is securely packed inside a high quality packing box to avoid physical damage during transit and labeled with details about the product, Quality Assurance (QA) seal and shipment details.
