Product Overview
This Fan assembly is used in the Advanced Concept Gradient Driver (ACGD) cabinet to cool the electronics. This fan assembly comprises of backward curved motorized AC Impeller where both motor and impeller are located directly in the air stream, where the impeller acts as a rotating heat sink with excellent heat dissipation and efficient motor cooling. This Fan assembly is completely speed controllable and near zero speeds can be achieved using solid-state speed controls. The coupling between the motor and impeller is done in such a way that it minimizes space requirements, makes the assembly compact and also provides vibration free operation. The Backward curved airfoil wheel in this fan provides quiet and highly efficient airflow. This fan assembly comes in a charcoal gray colored metallic housing with grilled protection to the impeller. A four position connector is mounted inside the fan housing for giving power supply to the fan assembly. This Fan assembly is compatible for use in the GE's Signa HD 1.5T, Signa HD 3.0T, Signa HDx 1.5T, Signa HDx 3.0T, Signa HDxt 1.5T, Signa HDxt 3.0T Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Systems. This product will be shipped with proper packaging with adequate protection during transit.
