Product Overview
The RTV-162 2.8 Oz Tube Non-Corrosive Adhesive is a one-component ready-to-use electronic grade silicone sealant that cures to a tough, resilient silicone rubber on exposure to atmospheric moisture at room temperature. It is used for filling and sealing gaps or cracks up to 1/4 wide in aerospace, automotive, and appliance applications. These electronic-grade silicone adhesive sealants is used for bonding with a variety of reactive glass, metal, plastics, laminates, and ceramics. Silicone adhesive sealant with a 48 hour cure time. Provides a 4 hour fixture time. Delivers great performance with tensile strength of 550 psi and peel strength of 40 psi. Minimum to maximum operating temperatures are -60° C to +205° C (-75° F to +400° F). It offers high elongation, no flow, fast in-line processing, and requires no mixing. It can also be used in corrosion-sensitive electrical and electronic equipment.
