Product Overview

The Bucky Bearing is a 0.875 outer diameter radial bearing of open type, and is not sealed. The material of the bearing is steel of type SAE 52100. This bearing has an ABEC grade of 1. The number of balls in the bearing is 7 and all of them are aligned in a single row. It is made up 52100 grade steel which is the standard material used for the bearings. This material gives the bearing an anti-friction property. Because of the material's superior hardness property, the bearing can be used in places high wear resistance is a factor. The bearing also can be used as a wheel, such as in the case of the Bucky assembly. The bearing acts as a wheel to control the movement of the console. Its good rolling fatigue strength property supports quite well in this case. The bearing's cost is less by comparison. It also has an excellent working life. It can be used in places where less accuracy and high rotation is the necessary requirement. The bearing does not contain any hazardous materials and conforms to RoHS standards.
