Product Overview
The Dolly Lock is used in X-ray systems and other demanding applications. The dolly lock assembly is comprised of a roller bracket, shaft, bearing, spacer, lock bracket, spring, fasteners and other components. All the materials of the assembly which are subjected to corrosive attack are covered with a corrosion protective covering. The temperature rise of the coil at nominal operating voltage due to change in resistance does not exceed 80 ˚C. The sharp edges through which electrical wires pass are chamfered to reduce the possibility of the edge cutting through the conductor’s insulation. The bearings used in the dolly lock assembly have an excellent fatigue life and high static and dynamic load carrying capacity. The high grade material used for the brackets, fasteners and other components have good mechanical properties such as tensile strength, hardness and wear resistance which ensures a long life span for the components. The high dimensional stability of the assembly ensures its precise fit as per the requirement.
